Part of the renowned Araiya Exclusive group, which operates three successful restaurants in Malta, Calico proudly opens its doors in Porto, Portugal, in November 2024. Our concept is deeply rooted in the history of ancient spice trade routes, where flavors from India, Brazil, Portugal, and the Middle East crossed paths, shaping cuisines and cultures. This historical influence runs through every dish, reminding guests that food is a bridge between people and stories.
